Eligibility and Registration
The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on 99xok:

- Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed.

Account Management

Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive the bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus.
- A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning you can withdraw after betting the bonus amount 20 times.
- The bonus is provided only once on the first deposit.
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of issue; if the wagering is not completed within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Claiming the bonus on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
Other Promotions and Offers
- Various seasonal and special promotional offers are made available from time to time, each with its own separate terms and conditions.
- Cashback offers are given on a weekly basis and vary according to the applicable VIP level.
- You must have an active account to take advantage of promotions.
- If the conditions of any promotion are not met or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- 99xok reserves the right to modify promotion terms or cancel promotions at any time.
Gaming Rules
General Gaming Terms
- All games are operated in accordance with fair play policies. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG).
- Each game has its own bet limits. Bet amounts must remain within the defined limits for that game.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a software or connection error, the outcome will be determined based on the circumstances.
- If a technical malfunction is found in a game, the payout for that round may be voided.

The 99xok VIP program has five levels, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Regular active participation is required to advance to a higher level.
Prohibited Activities
- Gaining unauthorized advantages through account hacking, phishing or any other technical manipulation.
- Attempting to achieve abnormal winnings by exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Attempting to launder money or legitimize illegal funds through the platform.
- Bonus abuse: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
- Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
- Playing games using automated software (bots), scripts or macros.
- Cyber attacks, DDoS or similar activities against the platform.
- Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
- Assisting or enabling minors to participate in gaming.
